WONIK PNE "2022 Korea's Best Job Company" by Ministry of Employment and Labor
A battery equipment company WONIK PNE announced on the 12th August that it has been selected as the
"2022 Korea's Best Job Company" organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The company explained "We were recognized for taking the lead in realizing youth jobs
and high-quality family-friendly policies."
Korea's top job companies which have been in effect since 2018 select and award 100 companies that took the lead in creating
▲ quality jobs ▲ improving the working environment.
In the battery field there are only two locations, WONIK PNE and PNT.
WONIK PNE realized employment stabilization through the expansion of youth jobs and high conversion to regular workers. Employment growth rate increased by 71% compared to last year due to the recent growth of the battery industry.
The proportion of regular workers is 96% and the youth of all workers is 58%.
In particular, it has been striving to hire young people and vulnerable people who have engaged in work-learning parallel projects, high school-linked field training, and direct employment of the disabled, and contributed to stabilizing jobs for young people through tomorrow's fill deduction.
